Getting work on a cruise liner is one thing. But getting work overseas on a cruise liner is something completely different. Can you imagine getting work on a foreign cruise ship so that you can see parts of the world that others can only dream about? This is a benefit that far outweighs anything else if you are looking for a little experience. All you need is a sense of adventure when you want to work overseas. Of course, there is a disadvantage and that is your contract may not last very long. Contracts aren’t that long at all with all the competition in the industry of recruitment in cruise lines. Another thing is that if you are not ready for work overseas and long travel, then this is not the job for you. However, this is the kind of experience that you can only have once so you really need to weight things first before coming to a decision.

My wife came home from work the other day telling me about how one of her friends had just spent the last month on a fabulous holiday in France. My wife was so jealous that she immediately began researching travel packages online to find out how much such a trip would cost us. She found out that some of the best UK flights to France are available only if you purchase them online. In fact, some of the ticket prices are hundreds cheaper if they are purchased with a credit card online. We haven’t yet booked our trip, but at least I know that I will not be paying more than I have to when we do.

My girlfriend and I have been planning to do a bit of a tour around the country during out Christmas break and thought it would be quite fun to drive around and stay in a van. I got online and found the local car hire company who had a great selection of campers to choose from. We are planning to spend 2 weeks driving around and visiting several different destinations that we particularly want to see. It should be quite interesting as my girlfriend is not a big camping out sort of person so spending 2 weeks in a camper will be a stretch for her.

While we were on vacation this past summer, we had a bit of trouble with our Flight Destinations. It seems they changed at the last minute and that caused us to miss our connecting flights. Because we were on vacation, it did not effect us like it might have other people. We actually made the best of it and got to see some cities we would not normally have gotten to see. But I felt sorry for the poor business passengers who did not make their flights and missed out on important meetings. I’m just glad it didn’t happen over a holiday time.

For example you’re studying for a math test you have to remember a certain theorem, such as the Pythagorean Theorem and but you just can’t seem to make it stick in your brain. However, you take out a piece of chocolate candy, let’s say a chocolate candy bar and you smell it as it reaches your mouth. You eat the chocolate but it’s the smell that causes you to remember that theorem for later. The next day and you’re taking the test when you forget that the rest of the candy bar was left in your backpack. It’s all melted now but you happen to catch a whiff of it.
