Most of the psp owners don’t really have any idea how to download psp games, and with the lack of ideas could really get them into trouble. I’ve been through this before and it really gave me a hard time fixing my problem.

What this means: you will download your games off the internet and onto your PC and then transfer your game (or music/video/image) files to your PSP via a USB cable. If you do not have a USB cable then you cannot download the PSP games (a USB cable is cheap to buy anyways).
